One private parking space if you have a car (rare for downtown). Walking distance to all business & conference buildings, plus multitude of shopping + dining. The space Please refer to the photos to see your bedrooms with a memory foam queen bed. Bathroom is next to the bedrooms. This is a pet-free space. Wi-Fi, coffee/tea, flatware, dishes, extra towels, extra blankets, SmartTV, a hairdryer, steam iron, shampoo/conditioner/soap, and a few emergency snacks and beverage, including Keurig K-Cup Coffee are all provided. Guest access Guests have access to kitchen, dining room, living room, desk, bedroom and bathroom. There is a shared laundry space available if needed. Other things to note For your health & safety: Our unit has independent heating & air circulation system. It does not have a shared or central air found in high-rise buildings. We also have an exterior entry way so you do not need to go through shared doors or elevators.
