Ski In/out on groomed trails from our location midway ON Mammoth Mountain between chairs 15 and 8. No beginner access! 3 private sleeping areas, NOT 4 bdrms. 2 bdrms, 1 loft, One sleeper sofa. Cooks love our well equipped kitchen. 4WD recommended. Smallish garage adjacent to condo fits up to an Explorer. Wi-fi, 30' of view windows over looking Canyon Lodge's lifts. TOML-CPAN-11432 The space Light and bright spaces on the top floor with vaulted wood ceilings fits 8 comfortably in 1200+ square feet on three levels. You'll love the freedom of coming and going as you please with ski in/out. Master bedroom has private bath, second small bedroom has Queen on same level as main bath. Top small loft is a favorite of children with a double bed plus bunks (that fit shorter people). Loft over the kitchen living area is tucked away with curtains for privacy and a dresser to organize gear. (Our 6'5" son's favorite space). Condo has a shared jacuzzi, his/her's saunas with shower and dressing area. Large beautiful pool is open in summer. Additional parking in lower lot for one car, parking for one car in private garage adjacent to condo. Smart TV in living room for use with your Netflix, Prime or other subscriptions. Wi-fi. Two rooms have lower ceilings, the small bedroom and upper loft. See photos. A wood stove is the primary source of heat, you'll be required to use the wood stove to be comfortable. Wood is provided.
