Newly remodeled guesthouse with plenty of acreage (4 acres) with picturesque views you won't find in the city yet in the city. Close to both I-435, K-7, and I-70 Plenty of space for trailers should there be a need. Dogs are allowed (no cats) The pool when in season and it is not private but shared Most generally we are always around and available Plenty of parks and walking trails. Very quiet being on 4 acres. The Legends and the Kansas Speedway are a mere 10 minute drive Lots of parking available The pool is a shared space (with our family). The pool is available only to guests that are staying in the guesthouse. We also require a signed waiver of liability by each person prior to the use of the pool (we provide the waivers).
