Black Barn Cottage 1 @ Waterfell

Black Barn Cottages are part of the wing of the main house Waterfell. Two brand new cottages with private entrances are situated on 6 acres. Free parking onsite and 2 minutes drive from Moss Vale and 8 minutes from Bowral. A popular wedding destination and Strictly suited to couples only. Unfortunately no children allowed due to the comfort of other guests on the property. A peaceful location where we asks our guests to be mindful of other guests and keep noise at a minimum. The space Our property is situated at the end of a private road surrounded by horse paddocks. We have 3 horses, 2 border collies and 3 cats and being only 1/2 kilometre from Wingecarribee River, there is an abundance of bird life and, at the right time of day, you may be lucky enough to see kangaroos. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cutlery/crockery required. Continental breakfast is provided including home made bread, & jams. Tea, plunger coffee & hot chocolate are also available. A complimentary bottle of wine can be enjoyed on your private verandah while you watch the sun go down. Electric blankets are provided when the weather turns a bit chilly. Guest access A fenced area of approximately 1/2 acre including pond and small orchard. Other things to note Moss Vale has an eclectic mix of shops including Handmade by Others, Suzie Anderson Home, Nest & Burrow, HIghlands Handmade, & Bowerbird on Argyle. Numerous cafes including Highlands Merchant and Il Pranzo are a must. We also highly recommend a vist to the Acre/Dirty Janes Emporium in Bowral. A great place to browse collectibles and a fantastic open air cafe/restaurant. Things to do include a trip to Fitzroy Falls/Kangaroo Valley and Berrima. Numerous wineries to visit but a special mention for Artemis Winery Mittagong which does tasty wood fired pizzas and great wines/craft beers. Registration Details PID-STRA-15874-2
