Welcome to your home away from home. If you golf, love the beach or just want to enjoy southern hospitality, you have arrived! Located in the Eastport Golf Club, you are minutes to N. Myrtle Beach, Little River, Cherry Grove & an abundance of golf courses. This bright, well-appointed 2-bedroom end unit has almost everything you might need plus a lovely view of the golf course, pool, clubhouse, and minutes to the beach, dining, and nightlife. The space The condo is very recently updated, it is comfortable and quiet.This condo is convenient to everything the Myrtle Beach and The Grand Strand area have to offer. This unit is on the 3rd floor with stair access only, no elevator. Motorcycle and trailer parking is not permitted by my HOA. Must sign a 6 month contract and provide a credit report plus damage deposit. Ideal for traveling nurses, other medical professionals and long term visitors. Guest access The pool was retiled and the deck resurfaced in 2023. Guests are welcome to use the lovely big pool and deck . You will pass it just before driving up to my building, after the golf course clubhouse. It is a 2-3 minute walk or 30 second drive. The access code will be supplied upon arrival. The pool is open from April- October with specific opening and closing dates being at the discretion of the HOA/ property management and out of my control. Other things to note This is a quiet, mostly owner-occupied building. The residents take pride in their community, and many are long-time owners. I provide starter amounts of essentials, which you will need to replenish while you are here. I do not provide a mailbox key. There are postal services in the area where you can have mail and parcels delivered. Please note: This is a three-story walk-up building. There is no elevator. Motorcycles, trailers, vehicles with oil leaks, and golf carts are not permitted on the property. My HOA requires guests to be informed of these details. The unit is non smoking and no pets please.
