A bungalow directly overlooking the sea, rocks and gardens in a well maintained complex. Light, spacious with 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The gardens surround the bungalow on 3 sides with a private area for braaing. Well located for easy access to Hermanus centre, restaurants, beaches, golfing and Fernkloof Nature Reserve and a front row view of the ocean for whale watching in wintertime. There is a new log burning stove & portable heaters. There is no central heating. The space We are within easy walking distance of Hermanus centre with its many restaurants, galleries and shops. We have direct access to the scenic cliff path via a gate at the sea front of our property. A new swimming pool will be built at the far end of the property, so no direct impact on our flat. There is the Marine tidal pool within easy walking distance and another even nearer. Hermanus has a very popular 27 hole golf course minutes away. For hiking the stunning Fernkloof Nature Reserve is a 5 min. drive. The beautiful beaches of Grotto and Voelklip are also nearby. This is a great base to explore the wineries in the Hemel & Aarde Valley including the highly regarded Creation Winery which has won Best in Africa for tasting room experience 2023 & 2024. Or just stay in and watch the splendour of the ocean, schools of dolphins & whales in winter, from your bedroom and sitting room windows. Other things to note Bedroom 3 which has a king size bed can be converted into 2 singles if required. The pool is not available currently unfortunately. It will be ready in November
