Townhouse in Bar Harbor

This room is part of my well-maintained, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located 15 minutes drive from downtown Bar Harbor and 2 minutes from Hadley Point Beach. It is in a quiet area, away from the hustle, yet accessible to everything that Bar Harbor and Acadia have to offer. The beach and some of the best local dining options are within walking distance. In season you can flag down the Free Island Explorer Bus to get you into town and to Acadia, as well as back to your home away from home. The space Built in 2006, this well-maintained home is one of 2 units in a duplex (mine is labeled with the number 2). The first floor consists of an open floor plan with shared access to the spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with your basic cooking needs and space is available in the refrigerator for your groceries. On the second floor, there are three carpeted bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one is my personal bedroom as I live in the house full-time). This guest room is spacious and has its own en-suite bathroom (not shared). It also has two 22" x 52" closets for storage. An air conditioner has been installed for your comfort. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, living and dining area, and washer/dryer as they please. Guests are also allowed to use the front lawn, back yard, and paved and gravel driveway before the posted sign beyond the townhouse. There is plenty of parking space in the guest parking area located at the gravel driveway for up to 3 cars. During your stay I work extensive hours Mon-Fri but will get back to inquires promptly.
