We are in a great spot which is peaceful and quiet yet also centrally located with many cafes, restaurants and the famous Bondi beach within walking distance - the beach is 10min walk (850m). Our apartment is newly renovated and has everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space We are a busy working couple who love to spend weekends out and about having breakfast and a walk to the beach for a surf and swim, followed by lunch somewhere overlooking the water or on the balcony having a bbq, or simply reading on the lounge in the sun listening to the birds. Our apartment has recently been completely renovated so everything is new. Our apartment has an open loungeroom which leads onto a balcony with bbq and chairs, a well sized kitchen and a dining table just off the kitchen. Down the hall are 2 bedrooms for use, a bathroom (with toilet, bath, shower and laundry with washing machine) and a separate toilet. We have a large tv with foxtel, a well equipped kitchen with everything you will need, plenty of books and magazines for quiet afternoons after the beach etc. Our apartment has a queen bed in two of the bedrooms. Within the apartment complex is a pool and there is parking available for residents if required.
