Comfortably appointed home on the banks of the Shavers Fork River. Perfectly situated to sample some of Parsons favorite pastimes like kayaking, biking & hiking. The Allegheny Highlands Trail is just 2 blocks from the front door and the river runs right by the house. Perfect location for hanging out by the campfire or just cuddling on the comfy couch. The space This house was finished in a style similar to something you’d find on HGTV. You’ll find it’s very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay as perfect as possible. For starters there is a great conversation living room with a reading nook and 55” TV with Free WiFi. So bring your gadgets. The main room has an open floor plan and is very light so you can join in the fun even while cooking in the fabulous kitchen. The kitchen boasts hand poured concrete countertops and designer glass tile backsplash. Fully equipped, comes with: • Colander • Ninja Blender/food processor • 4 cutting boards • Set of sharp knives • Coffee machine/toaster oven • Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils • Wine glasses, beer glasses, champagne glasses • Fully stocked condiment drawer for your use Bedroom 1 - This bedroom has a queen-sized bed located next to a common bathroom. It has an east-facing window overlooking the river, so you'll have morning light to wake you gently. It also has a large closet. The drawback to this room.. it is on the street side of the house and is subject to lights and sounds of occasional traffic. Bedroom 2 - This room has a low profile queen bed and shares the common bathroom. It has an East facing window that has a view of the river and glorious views of sunrise. Bedroom 3 - This room next to the kitchen has a (rather tall) queen size bed and shares the common bathroom. It has 3 windows. One overlooking the front yard & mountains. One overlooking the backyard and garden. It has a small wardrobe, (a reading nook )chair and lamp for enjoying a good book. It is important to note, this room does not have an actual door, but it does have heavy drapes for privacy and is located furthest away from common spaces. The only Bathroom is on the East side of the house so it has morning sun. It has a big tile shower with glass doors. The bathroom ceiling light also has additional heat, if you like it a little warmer while showering. The commode is comfort height Guest access You will have the entire house inside and out. Other things to note FYI... at 10 PM a siren will go off in town. This is not a tornado warning. It is our 10 PM curfew for youngsters in our community. It's been part of this small town for many, many years. :)
