Garden suite + private heated pool + free parking

The Stoat House is a self-contained guest house with private entrance & free parking. The King Size bed has luxury 5* linen & our large heated salt-water swimming pool is for guests private use by easy arrangement. Free breakfast items provided. The Stoat House has a private sun deck, set in a 1 acre flower garden surrounded by trees in a safe quiet road in St Leonards on Sea/Hastings. It's an 7 minute drive to the beach, ideal for couples. (Not suitable for kids - please see policies & rules). The space The Stoat House has a bedroom with sofa & TV, a separate kitchenette (coffee machine, kettle, toaster & small fridge) & bathroom with power shower. The decking at the rear has sun all day where you can have breakfast or an evening drink. There are other seating areas that provide lovely views of the garden which is encircled by extremely tall trees. It feels like the country, due to it's size and that we are at the end of a closed off road with very little through traffic. A local pub with garden seating, is just a few minutes walk away. Guest access Park in front of the Stoat House - which is to the left side of our property. Other things to note We don't allow barbeques or pets or children. We can make exceptions for children if they are accompanied by ONE parent only, or, if with a couple they are strictly Non Walking Babies. This is due to swimming pool safety. The Stoat House is only sized for 2 adults. Please contact us if you fit the above description re a non-walking baby, or child with just one adult, and want to book. The use of the pool is at your own risk. The pool is available from 9am to 7pm by arrangement with us on messaging. We will ask you either the evening before, what time you want to use the pool the next day, or in the morning for that day. This is so we can ensure your privacy while you are using the pool and for pool heating & maintenance. We have a lot of enquiries about Pool Privacy. Please note that we avoid the pool area when you are in it but even though our garden is very large and has a lot of trees, you can be seen in the pool if we are working in the garden.
