Bathroom includes a sink, a shower and restroom. You will get clean linens and towels. Each bedroom is furnished with double side bed (Master bedroom - Queen Size Bed and other bedroom Full Size Bed), , closet, Heat / Air condition, Computer Desk and windows. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be converted to a bed, coffee table, flat TV hang on the wall The utilities aren't included in the monthly rent and run for $350/Month. Utilities shall be paid directly to host at check in (between June 1st - October 1st the utilities are $380 per month) Guest access Whatever is in the apartment Other things to note Please take note of the following details before booking: Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month (between June 1st - October 1st, utilities are $380 per month). AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit) For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $350 to $500. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. Please note that the furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can arrange it for an additional fee. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash.
