With ceiling fans, air conditioning and comfortable couches, and a hammock, you can while away your time hanging out with family or by yourself. The rear deck and yard is private and backs on to 27 acres of bushland. The space The house has plenty of room upstairs for the whole family, including a dining area, kitchen and open plan living area. Downstairs there is plenty of room in the back yard. The back deck features private views to the bushland and an electric BBQ. A special feature is the outdoor shower facing the back yard and extensive (26 acres!) bushland. With NBN supported free wifi, you can enjoy movies via HDMI on upstairs and down stairs TVs or work from home on the large kitchen table or lounge. Guest access Entire property except garage. Other things to note Bawley Point has septic sewerage systems, so please take it easy on water use in indoor showers, toilets and bathrooms. Doona covers, sheets and pillow cases are provided.
