The space This elegant apartment is very large and spacious, newly and eloquently furnished and offers 3 bedrooms (all with blackout shades) & 2 ½ bathrooms. The whole apartment is furnished with high end furniture, oriental rugs, and art abounds in each room! Our design goals were to combine new with exotic and vintage decors from Turkey, Morocco and the Mediterranean~where East meets West! The living area is naturally well lit and has a cozy seating area, (sofa from Natuzzi) a 50" LED flat screen TV, satellite dish...with European channel lineup. The living space includes a separately designed Moroccan sitting area (furniture handmade), and a spacious dining area, which seats 8. There is access from living area to private patio/terrace area. The gourmet kitchen is spacious, and fully equipped, down to the coffee pot. All appliances are new, water is filtered at the sink, and also a separate filtered water cooler featuring hot water option. No need to buy bottled water! A washing machine is in the kitchen area. There is access from kitchen to private patio/terrace area. The Master bedroom is en suite, where a new quality and very comfortable king sized bed awaits you. Room offers plenty of natural light, with large closet space and dresser. There is a separate sitting area within the room, with a 50" LED flat screened TV, with satellite dish...and European channel lineup. There is a work desk offered, so you can conduct business privately during your stay. There is also access to a private patio/terrace area. What a great place to unwind, and simply relax! The bathroom is large and offers double sinks, toilet, a separate glass shower, and a soaking tub for your relaxation. Space has a spa like atmosphere, and is very tranquil! Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed, with large closet and dresser..plenty of storage. Bedroom #3 offers 2 single beds, with large closet and dresser...again, plenty of storage. These 2 bedrooms share a very beautiful full bath, offering glass shower, sink and toilet. There is a beautiful powder room half bath with access from the living area or the kitchen.
