In order to confirm booking we will be charging a $500 security deposit to cover any unforeseen damages and possible utilities overages during guest stay (as noted in description). Any damages or/and utilities fees will be deducted from the deposit provided, if there is any leftover we will send back the remaining funds in a timely manner.
