Gorgeous 1,300 square foot studio suite with heated bamboo floors, sauna, deep soaking bath tub (no jets), rain shower and yoga space. 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and a big comfy sofa. Wet bar and kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Shared Large sunny deck, partial water view, in a quiet neighborhood. Parties are not allowed. Owners main house is above the studio. The space Your cozy and comfortable beds are part of this beautiful Spa! One queen size bed is in a good size bedroom with shelves, hooks, and a custom made bench. The other bed is a spacious king size in a bigger common space with a sofa, not far from a wet bar, fridge, microwave, and table. After your adventures of the day, soak in a spacious bath tub with candle lights...Or enjoy a sauna after some yoga moves in the big open space. Guest access The studio is at street level. Parking is available just in front of the studio. Please do not park in front of neighbors house. The stone steps next to the studio lead up to another residence. Please do not disturb the occupants. Thank you and enjoy the tranquility. Other things to note The wet bar, the fridge and microwave are very convenient for guests. The deep bath tub is for soaking only (no jets). It's amazingly relaxing. The studio also has a toaster and coffee machine.
