Enjoy a great neighborhood + the attractions of Willliamsburg! Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra steps to clean and sanitize the entire apartment between reservations. Also we have contactless self check in available. We are close to the Graham Av L stop, Bedford Av, restaurants, bars, cafes & stores. You'll stay in a private, charming and comfy bedroom. Apartment features: recently fully renovated; exposed brick wall; hardwood flrs; relaxing, clean sanctuary; sweet cats; no smoking. There has been no illness in the apartment or the building. The bedroom is very cozy, private and quiet. It has a full sized bed with comfy linens and towels, an empty closet (w/ hangers) for all your clothes and shoes; extra above-head storage, a desk and chair and a large window. It also has a ceiling fan to cool you during the Summer. There is also air conditioning in the living room area. The apartment common areas will be cleaned and sanitized with extra steps during your stay, but no one else will enter or maintain your bedroom during your stay to ensure social distancing. (If you want a longer term stay, please contact me because I may have this or another bedroom available in the apartment.) Guest access You're welcome to use the kitchen and living room. You'll be sharing the common apartment spaces (kitchen. living room & bathroom) with myself if I am in town, my 2 super sweet cats and maybe one other roommate, depending on the timing.
