This bright and clean home features updated ceramic driftwood floors throughout, creating a modern yet cozy beach house vibe. This 1,360 sq ft home is bright, open, and designed for easy, relaxed vacation living. Living Space: The open living room is a perfect place to relax, equipped with a large smart TV with full cable package, Netflix, Hulu, and apps. All three bedrooms (primary, poolside guest bedroom, and garden-side bedroom) also include smart TVs with the same cable + streaming apps for your convenience. Pool & Outdoor Area: Step outside to your personal paradise. The large, screened-in pool area features: -Bar fridge to keep drinks cold -Pool is larger than most residential pools 16'x32' -Poolside TV with full cable -Pool floaters and kid accessories -Heated saltwater pool (maintains ~86°F) -Solar heating in warmer months (can reach ~89°F) For entertainment, there’s a stereo at the Tiki bar and a Bluetooth speaker for use down at the dock. A Google Home in the dining room is available for weather, restaurants, and local info. Waterfront & Dock: From the pool area, enjoy a stunning view of the palm-lined canal. The dock includes: -4 large chairs + a high-top table with 2 high-top chairs -200 ft wide canal view -Amazing sunsets nightly -Underwater fish lights that illuminate the fish at night -2 kayaks for guest use Please note: The boat and Sea-Doo on lifts are not included with the rental. Extras: You’ll also find: -Fishing rods -4 bicycles -6 beach chairs -Umbrellas -Cooler -Board games, puzzles, cards, cornhole board -Kayak rack outside the lanai -BBQ poolside with extra propane -Washer & dryer -Palm tree-lined driveway for up to 3 cars Boating: If you wish to explore Fort Myers or Sanibel Island by boat or simply cruise the canals, the dock is available for your use. It’s a 25-minute boat ride to the Caloosahatchee and Gulf. Wildlife is often seen right from the dock — fish, iguanas, dolphins, and manatees. Location: “Conveniently located near Walmart, Publix, and many great restaurants. Cape Coral Beach is just a 10-minute drive, and Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches are around 40 minutes away. No parking in garage as owners vehicle is in there. Other things to note Pet Policy: We welcome one small dog (up to 20 lbs) with prior approval. For larger dogs, approval is required. No pet fee for approved pets. Pet Rules: Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Please roll up the living room rug and place it in the garage upon arrival, and replace it on departure (helps with allergies). We kindly ask for honesty, as previous guests have not followed these rules. As animal lovers, we strive to keep our home pet-friendly and rely on guests’ cooperation. Kayak Rules: If kayaks are used, please return to the racks at the end of your stay. Paddles go underneath. Lifejackets return to garage.
