Four bedrooms sleep up to ten guests, with two bathrooms and two separate living and dining areas. The large upper deck has a barbecue, ten-seater table and sun lounges, while the lower deck is secluded and overlooks native bushland. The two levels are connected by a spiral staircase. The space This large home would be suitable for two families. Upstairs (ground floor level) has a lounge/dining area with lovely ocean views, kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, bathroom (with bath) separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a separate shower in the laundry. The living area has heating and cooling. The TV has full Foxtel service as well as Stan and Netflix connected. The living area opens to a huge deck overlooking the water with barbecue and ten seater table. Downstairs is a separate area with a lounge/dining area (heating and cooling) opening to a private deck with a table tennis table and hammock in a tranquil bush setting. The lounge has a TV with full Foxtel service. There are two further bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one containing a double bed and two single bunk beds. There is a kitchenette and bathroom also on this level. All rooms have heating available. There is also a portable cot and high chair There is parking for up to three cars on the property.
