This cosy ground floor apartment is tucked away in it's own private courtyard, just a short walking distance to Preston city centre, all UCLan buildings, Moor Park and Preston North End football ground. It has just been lovingly restored by us to a very high standard. Everything is brand new, including the heating system which warms all rooms in minutes. We're happy to be flexible and discuss any specific requirements, but rest assured there are no hidden additional charges. The space This is an unexpected little haven set away from the hustle and bustle of busy Preston... but step outside the gate and there is everything you need on your doorstep. The petrol station on Garstang Road has a 24 hour convenience shop and within a short walking distance there are also a couple of pubs, takeaways and a pharmacist. Pure Gym is also close by. Just a little further (10 to 15 minute walk) you will reach the city centre which is great for shops, bars and restaurants. Guest access The whole space, inside and out is for your sole use. Other things to note Our hair salon, We Love Hair, is just around the corner from the property, so if you are going somewhere special we are happy to offer a 20% discount to anyone needing an appointment during their stay.
