Our peaceful, pollution-free & tranquil surroundings help one to relax, refresh & rejuvenate with Mother Nature. The Villa's architecture has been personally designed & built in a unique Southwest USA Pueblo ranch style, but modernized in a more crisp & angular form. From the Villa, you can often see Nilgai /Bluebull or Indian Antelope, Peacocks, Monkeys, Rabbits, Pheasants etc many a times just outside your windows ! The main sounds you will probably hear during your stay are the chirping of a variety of hummingbirds, sparrows, robins, peacocks, doves, roosters etc., & yes the occasional monkeys ! Our elegant spacious Garden View Guest room is fully furnished, Air-conditioned , well equipped & feature openable windows & glass areas that lets in plenty of fresh air & sunlight for a bright, cheerful & airy ambience. Our exterior/exterior walls & ceilings are uniquely made of eco friendly hand laid "Lippan" or Adobe mud & brick, which not only imparts a very rustic & cozy country ambience, but also helps to naturally keep the Villa's interiors cool & comfy during hot summers. In our humble effort to contribute our small part to help save our planet, the use of 100% natural soil & lawn in the balcony & roof gardens also naturally cools the Villa's internal room temperature by as much as 12-18 ° C during peak summers! In light of the current situation we have commited to follow Airbnb's 'Enhanced Clean' protocols & have trained all our staff to be extra rigorous & vigilant in sanitization methods & maintaining both social distancing & wearing face masks. All our guest rooms, kitchens, common areas, bedroom Linens, Towels are disinfected /Sanitized prior to guests arrival as per Airbnb safety protocols. MAIN POINTS TO NOTE: => A Light Veg Breakfast is complementary for upto 2 guests/day & other meals may be arranged (The Menu is shown in our Pics section) for guests with advance notice & will be subject to staff/provisions availability & as per our T&CA. Breakfast & all Meal timings are mentioned in the menu pics. Kindly note that due to safety reasons in light of the current pandemic we do NOT serve any other meals/ snacks/ tea at other random times. => Non Veg cooking & food is allowed. Home delivery of a variety of food is easily available to order online from Zomato, Swiggy etc. We have plenty of restaurants such as Honest/Havmor, Subway, McDonalds etc in a 5-7 min drive & local Dhabas are within a walking distance. => There are numerous Kirana/Vegetable & Dairy shops very close by within walking distance. Guests can also easily order for an online home delivery of food/milk/veggies etc & all personal items from BigBasket & Amazon. => Kindly do not request our staff to serve tea/coffee or to make meals, snacks etc. at at random times or request for any room service. If you may need something special to be arranged, kindly do request us & we shall certainly try our best to arrange it. => Complimentary & unlimited Mineral 8-Stage R.O filter water is available & freshly brewed Tea for upto 2 Guests Per Room/Booking is served twice a day in the morning & evening which is complementary. => Guests are requested to keep their bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, garden & common areas clean & tidy. Villa staff is not expected to clean up any mess if guests dirty any areas, otherwise cleaning charges @ Rs. 200 per day will be charged as extra. => Kindly note that the Ground Floor Main Entrance, Master Drawing Room/ Dining room with Island Kitchen & Ground floor Bedroons of the Villa are private residence areas & are used solely for the host family & Villa Staff only. => To maintain hygiene & preserve wooden flooring all guests are requested to remove & keep all your shoes either at the space inside the first floor lobby area or near the front door. => Kindly note that your A.C's, T.V's, Fans, Lights, Water Faucet/ Heater etc. are to be switched off while not in use or whenever you are leaving the Villa. => Guests are welcome to use our kitchen for their cooking & are requested to keep their own dishes/utensils & kitchen areas clean & tidy after their use. In case the dishes/utensils & kitchen are not kept clean after guest use, a Kitchen Service & Utensils Cleaning Fee of Rs. 250 per day per room will be chargeable for guest booking of upto 2 guests. => Kindly do not throw ANY trash, eatables, left-over food, vegetables, sauces, etc in any kitchen sinks /bathroom sinks or other areas, otherwise extra maintenance/cleaning charges of Rs 500/day will be applicable. = Kindly do not feed our German Shepherd furr-babies ANY snacks, left over food or drinks as they have delicate tummies! => Laundry washing Service without any Ironing @ Rs. 350 upto 7 KG per 1 washing machine load. Washing/Ironing is Rs.40 per garment => Bedroom cleaning/sweeping is provided complementary once every day. Floor mopping/ Linen turnover / fresh towels will be provided ONLY once every 4 days. For any special requests, do certainly let us know. => All guests bathrooms are cleaned & sanitized prior to your arrival & there after are required to be kept clean & tidy by the guests ONLY. We request you to be eco friendly & try to conserve water, as it is a precious resource . => Smoking is permitted in only all the outdoor areas, NOT in the bedrooms or shared ares in the villa, kindly collect after smoking all the ciggie stubs which will be ecologically disposed off later. => Please note that drinking/consuming/storing of any alcohol/liquoe is allowed only after obtaining the necessary Govt of Gujarat valid Liquor permit . As per law, we have a zero tolerance policy for any alcohol, gambling, any illegal / antisocial /immoral activity, or consumption of any drugs/narcotic or illegal substances within the Villa premises. => Guest's or their visitors will be solely liable to compensate us for any damages / breakages to our property, furniture, bathroom shower fixtures, TV’s, Fans/A.C or any other electric appliances, cutlery, crockery, fixtures etc. Any stains or damage to the bedroom linens / towels & also for loss/misplacement of any of the Villa's item(s), which will be required to be compensated back to us in cashbefore check out. .=> Quiet / Silent hour timings are requested to be clearly observed & respected between 8:00 P.M to 8:00 AM as a basic courtesy for all our guests, neighbours & host. => TataSky HD TV Channels can be customised by each guest as per their individual choice of broadcasters pack/ channels & will be chargeable as extra as per guests choice of channel/pack selections.
