A light filled private modern large one bedroom space for 1 or 2 adults with your own private bathroom, entrance and deck, set on spacious grounds within an established garden. Please note, no children or pets. Take a 2 minute car drive to the centre of Kerikeri to experience the ambience of Kerikeri village with its boutique shops, cafes, art galleries, restaurants, markets and picture theatre. The surrounding area has many beautiful beaches, walks to waterfalls and historic places to visit. The space You will enjoy your own modern large bedroom space with private bathroom ensuite, wardrobe space, dining table and chairs. The kitchenette has tea and plunger coffee making facilities and a small fridge along with cutlery and crockery. Continental breakfast materials are provided, including muesli, yoghurt and seasonal homegrown fruit when available. In room TV with Freeview and free Wifi. The bedroom leads onto your private sunny deck with your own outdoor table and chairs for morning breakfast or that afternoon/evening glass of wine while you sit back and relax in a garden setting. Guest access Guests have a flexible self check-in/check-out via key lock box. You have your own separate lockable access and entrance, from your own private deck area. You are provided with a garage door opener and access to a single parking spot in an undercover and secure double garage space if you so wish. This parking is provided for your Car and Push Bike or Motor Bike. You are able to come and go as you please. Other things to note I am an acrylic painter and have a working Studio/Art Gallery space adjoining the garage. You are welcome to browse my current work displayed there. All work is for sale. As there is an internal door from the garage to the studio space, guests are asked to close the garage door at night.
