This is a self-contained and fully furnished 3 bedroom condo that is located in a serene, secure and lush tropical garden containing 12 other condos. The condo is 50 metres walking distance from the iconic Marine Park and beach and Billionaire's Club. The space After a day out, you will be able to enjoy a cool swim and a lazy lounge on the pool side beds. An expansive pergola provides an opportunity to cool off with a view of the pool and garden. The home is equipped with a modern split-cooling system, King-size and double size beds and supplied with clean linen and towels that are cleaned regularly or on demand. Guests will be able to prepare their own meals in a modern kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, pots, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Guests wishing to sample the local cuisine can request for a cook at an additional fee. Laundry services will also be provided at a fee as will shopping. Pick up and drop off from the airport and excursions to interesting sites can be arranged at a fee. Guest access Our guests will be able to access all indoor amenities, plus the communal swimming pool and a private car park. During your stay We won't be available in person but have arranged 24 hour assistance throughout your stay. Other things to note The condo is in a gated community with 24 hour security.
