Gîte La Quintessence, heated pool, Annecy

Gite near Annecy (12 km). Quiet place borrowed from serenity. Parties and noise strictly prohibited. You will appreciate the indoor and heated swimming pool usable from May to early October, the calm, the contact with nature, the pedestrian and mountain paths from the house, the activities related to the lake and the mountain, the view. My place is good for families and groups (up to 12). Our young Australian shepherd is at liberty on the property No Smoking indoors The space New house, quiet, in a dominant area with views, close to Annecy, with covered and heated pool. The owner lives there in a shared area. Guest access The cottage has a kitchen, a dining room, a large terrace, a grass plot, three bedrooms including one with bathroom equipped with 160 beds and high quality mattresses, a mezzanine with 6 beds 90 rather for children. The parking lot can accommodate 5 cars, the additional vehicles park on a platform about 120 m away. Parking is shared with the owner. Access by outside people (non-residents to cottages) cannot be done without the consent of the owner and by the day only. In case of agreement, these people will have to respect the house rules of the cottage signed on your arrival. Other things to note Possibility to offer the cleaning option with a flat fee of €90. Bed linen and towels are provided. Towels may not be used for the pool. Respect for the neighborhood is imperative which is why noise, shouting, and parties are forbidden. Use of the swimming pool must also be done without shouting.
