Gîte La Quintessence, heated pool, Annecy

Gite near Annecy (12 km). Quiet place, full of serenity. Parties and noise strictly prohibited. You will enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool usable from May to early October, the calm, the contact with nature, the pedestrian and mountain bike paths from the house, the activities related to the lake and the mountain, the view. My place is good for families and groups (12 maximum). Our young Australian Shepherd is free on the property. No smoking indoors. The space New house, quiet, in a dominant area with views, close to Annecy, with indoor heated pool. The owner lives on site in a semi-detached house. Guest access The gîte has a kitchen, a dining room, a large terrace, a grassy plot, three bedrooms, one with a bathroom equipped with 160 cm beds and high quality mattresses, a mezzanine with 6 90 cm beds rather intended for children. The parking lot can accommodate 5 cars, additional vehicles park on a platform about 120 m away. The parking area is shared with the owner. Access by outsiders (non-residents of the gite) cannot be done without the agreement of the owner and only during the day. In case of agreement, these people must respect the house rules of the gite signed upon arrival. Other things to note Possibility to offer the cleaning option with a package at €90. Bed linens and towels provided. Towels cannot be used for the pool. Respect for the neighborhood is imperative, which is why noise, shouting, and parties are prohibited. Use of the swimming pool must also be done without shouting.
