Our place is close to Cafes, Great Restaurants and lots of green space and parks for kids and dogs. Easy tram and buses (or just walk!) to access Trendy Fitzroy, Collingwood, CBD, St Kilda for Beach/Markets, Melbourne Museum to name a few. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighbourhood, the light, the comfy bed, and the gormet kitchen. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Guest access Guests will have full access to the townhouse, with the exception of the garage. Other things to note We are happy to discuss pets coming to stay. We have a fenced off garden (although in a share a common area) so you can let your dog out for a wonder/toilet. We expect that you will clean up after your dog (and please ensure they go to the 'toilet' at the back of the complex - not on the artificial grass at the front). Dogs are welcome inside the house, but please not on furniture. All damage will be at the responsibility of pet owners and will require deposit.
