Fully air conditioned home with fast wifi near NGC

This home away from home is clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. It has three bedrooms, and two full-size bathrooms. All three bedrooms have air conditioners, as well as the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cookware. The fiber Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which is great for remote work. It is located in the quiet neighborhood, with a 24/7 security guard. It is a seven to eight minute drive to the new government center, restaurants, and malls. The space Buena Park subdivision is a quiet and safe neighbourhood. After a busy day of shopping, sightseeing, and visiting friends and family, you just want to come home to a peaceful and beautiful home. Within a seven to eight minutes drive from the Lopues East, Savemore, Jollibee, McDonald's, and new government center, and surrounded by lots of excellent restaurants to choose from. The house can accommodate seven people. There are security cameras on-site for guests' safety. There is one queen-size bed, one double bed, one bunk bed, and one pull out bed. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, and each bedroom has a standing up fan. The living room has a ceiling fan and a standing up fan, plus a ceiling fan in the back kitchen. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. The keys will be given to you by my assistant Celia when you check in. Other things to note House Rules: Welcome to Ann’s house. I’m glad you chose my place. Please make yourself at home and treat this place like your own. I hope that you will create beautiful memories while you are here. I have house rules that I expect all guests to follow. Please read all the rules carefully. If any of these rules are not followed, or if any damages occur, I will require full reimbursement, and you may be removed from the house, but that has never happened. I trust that you will take good care of my place. 1. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests and any visitors from the property without a refund. If you notify me prior to booking, that one or more visitors will be at the house for a short time, I may allow this to happen at my sole discretion, but no visitors are permitted to stay overnight. 2.  Please remove shoes when inside the house. Sleepers are provided. 3. Please turn off lights, TV, electric fan, and air conditioning when not in use. 4. Please turn off the light by the gate every night when you go to bed. The censor lights outside will turn on if someone is outside. 5.  Smoking is not permitted on the property at any time. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied if this rule is not followed. 6. There are no parties on the premises without my permission. 7. Please do not unplug the security cameras. They are there for your safety. The camera in the living room will face the wall to give you privacy. The camera in the back kitchen is stationary, I suggest that you close the curtain on the bedroom window for your privacy. *There is no sound in all our cameras.* 8.  Please do not throw any sanitary napkins in the toilet. Do not flush toilet paper in the toilet. Toilet paper should be thrown away in the garbage. 9. Please dispose of unused food or any other garbage in the available trashcan. 10.  Any damages made to property or furnishings, which exceed the deposit amount, will be billed to the guest and will be reported to Airbnb.
