On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet (one of which is air-conditioned) ★ A large patio with 70 m² synthetic lawn ★ On the 1st floor above the parking area, a fully independent and equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Guest access ★ There is a covered parking space inside. ★ This space is perfect for a large car. ★ It is possible to park 2 city cars in a row. ★ Free parking on Rue François d'Argouges.
