Our Victorian home is a great combination of classic and contemporary design and styling. With a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, downstairs cloakroom, modern bathroom, decked private garden with balcony and patio, 3 bedrooms it's perfect for families, friends or professionals. Within 5 mins of the seafront and the train station. RELAX IN THE LOUNGE... On the upper ground floor is the lounge with a plush velvet sofa bed that's perfect for 2 guests, a classic black leather sofa, traditional fire place and window seat. With a 42" TV + Wifi, this is the perfect space to chill out, watch a movie and catch up. COOK UP A BRUNCH & EAT TOGETHER... Next to this is the fully equipped kitchen/diner with big, red American fridge/freezer. With splashes of bold colour, there's a dining table that seats 4. Cook up a brunch and eat with your friends or family. There's a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and plenty of crocker and glasses etc. Please help yourself to tea and coffee. Salt, pepper and cooking oil are also provided. SLEEP SOUNDLY IN THE 3 BEDROOMS... Head upstairs where you'll find 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 has king size bed and a small desk, bedroom 2 has a double bed, a TV and a classic arm chair. Both rooms are classically decorated and designed with original wooden floorboards and plenty of storage for your personal items. Downstairs is a smaller, single bedroom with a single pull out sofa bed - perfect for one guest. BATHROOM + SHOWER... The bathroom is fresh, white and fully tiled with a bathroom suite and overhead shower. RELAX IN THE GARDEN... Along the hallway is a downstairs cloakroom and the third bedroom which has a single sofa bed in it. This leads out onto the split level garden area which includes a decked patio and garden furniture. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house privately during their stay. Other things to note This is our family home, so it is lived in and enjoyed by us most of the time!
