The building, quiet and well inhabited, is surrounded by a large garden with parking, available to condominiums and their guests but not reserved; that is, it is possible to park freely until all available spaces are occupied. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a sofa bed and smart TV, a cozy kitchen and a spacious bathroom. (For those who need additional beds, another apartment may be available in the same building) All rooms overlook a long and wide balcony that protrudes over the condominium garden and from which you can see the sea and admire the magnificent towers of the Cathedral of Cefalù, which overlook the rooftops of the ancient town.
