Guest access The patio is an excellent space for cooking out, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a bonfire under the stars. The boathouse deck is a privately shared area to take in the views of Lake Tomahawk, and access to the water is down the steps...please note, there are approximately 72 steps down to the water. They are not accessible in the winter! Dock space may be available in the summer, advanced notice is required. Other things to note The unit is an old motel that's been converted into condos. Little Gem is located in the middle 2 units that are joined into one, around 500 sq. feet total...QUAINT! :)
