Casa Rose

My place is good for couples and families with kids 3 years and older who can safely climb stairs. The pool (7 x 3 m) is exclusively available to my guests of Casa Rose 1 and Casa Rose 2. The space Authentic medieval rustico with cross vault and completely new interior in the village center with open views over the olive groves to the sea. The house has many different corners to retreat to, so the kids can watch TV and the parents can relax on the terrace or in the garden reading a book without disturbing each other. It has modern technology: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine..., which make a vacation stay more relaxed. The house is fully equipped, including linens, towels, kitchen towels. The pool is used exclusively by guests of Casa Rose 1 and 2. The pool is located directly below the garden and is accessible via a small staircase. It has a lockable gate for the safety of the children. The pool also features a recessed seating area, ideal for relaxing. The house is cleaned on site by cleaning staff before occupancy and should be left swept clean when moving out. The cleaning fee including laundry is €70. Other things to note In the village there is a grocery store and from Easter 2024 a bar with restaurant. Below the village (about 5 minutes by car and then another 15 minutes' walk to the hinterland) are the so-called "Laghetti," which are natural swimming pools hidden in the middle of nature, partly with waterfalls. Wonderfully fresh spring water from the mountains. A photo of this can also be found in the photo gallery. Along the coast, an old railway line has been converted into a bicycle road.
