This recently renovated one bedroom apartment is located on a lovely tree-lined block of Saint Paul St. The apartment has a full kitchen and access to a coin-operated washer and dryer. You can take a bus to downtown/inner harbor across the street. Train Station is a 10 minute walk and JHU is just blocks due North. Pharmacy and grocery stores less than five minutes away. There is usually plenty of free and unlimited street parking on the block. The space The space is located on the lower level of a lovely historic town home. The bedroom and living/kitchen area are separated by a hallway and bathroom (so anyone staying on couch doesn't have to walk through bedroom to access the bathroom). The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, coffee maker, electric kettles pots, pans, mini oven, and slow cooker. Guest access The entire lower level apartment is accessible and made available to guests. Guests can also access adjacent laundry room which has coin-operated washer + dryer. Detergent is provided.
