On-street parking. Very safe, clean and quiet neighborhood. The space Located in north Nob Hill, we are walking or biking distance to the University, UNM Hospital, Nob Hill restaurants and bars. Guest access Kitchen, dining room, sunroom, front & back patios. Access to washer & dryer. During your stay Happy to share time with you, always available to give insight and ideas on where to go, eat, or explore. But, will also leave you on your own if you prefer! Other things to note I am returned to my beloved ABQ in 2017 after living 25 years abroad. You will stay on the west side of my house and have a full suite to include your own bathroom.
