House Petar Trogir , by sea

Great position by sea ,with big space around house: -beach 1 and center of UNESCO Trogir 4 min. of enjoyable walk by sea -secured parking space for 3 cars -beautiful garden and grill by huge terrace -great sea view -children playground Welcome ! The space House Petar overlooks the sea and is set in its own cottage garden. It has a wonderful shady dining area secure parking for 3 cars and a wonderful terrace and outside barbecue area. The gate opens onto the beach and we are a couple minutes walk from a safe clean swimming beach with a bar. The opposite direction you are less than four minutes walk to the old UNESCO Trogir centre with its fabulous selection of bars and restaurants. As you cross the bridge you will see the farmers market selling local produce and a large supermarket. At the house we offer three bedrooms a large well equipped kitchen and an inside dining area. Mostly guests dine outside using our state of the art grill and I will pop in with a gift of my home made wine. You are welcome to pick your own fruit and vegetables from the cottage garden. There is a large lawn in front of the house making it perfect for younger children and sun bathing. We are happy to make suggestions for day trips and have our own boat if you want us to arrange you a trip to see more of the area. It’s a few minutes walk into town. Guest access Large lawn with a huge terrace is great for families and can be used for sunbathing. Next to the house there is beautiful vegetable garden , full of seasonal vegetables and fruits you are welcome to pick and enjoy. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. 3 secure parking spaces behind the house for guest use. The house is overlooking the sea and very close beach woth safe swimming and sun beds. The opposite direction is five minutes walk to the old town centre. Here you can explore all tbe culture, museums and castle. Trogir has a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants.
