The main level is shared & boasts a wide open floor plan with lots of natural light, hardwood floors and plenty of space to prepare meals, dine, work, relax or kick back and watch a movie on NetFlix. Free street parking & fast WiFi. Centrally located near Forest Park, Central West End, Delmar Loop, Barnes Hospital and Wash U. Ten-fifteen minute drive to everything! We look forward to hosting you!" All four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. The large private master en suite has a king size platform bed, spacious bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub, double vanity with vessel sinks and a walk-in closet. The other three bedrooms are also private and have comfortable queen size beds. The shared bathroom has a double vanity with vessel sinks and plenty of storage. Shared spaces are sanitized regularly. We take pride in providing our guests with a safe and clean environment. However, supplies are available for guests to maintain cleanliness in between our sanitation routine. Street parking is available to all guests in the 5700 and 5800 blocks of Clemens Ave. There is long drive-way that leads to one parking space in the rear of the home. The parking pad is available on a first come-first basis. If you park in the drive-way, you must be willing to move your vehicle if another guest is blocked in and needs to get out. My daughter and/or I will be available if needed. We have a small office in the home and will be there on occasion or stop by during the stay to say hello. We also ask that our guests commit to removing their shoes prior to walking on the bedroom carpet. Additionally, please use the provided luggage racks in each bedroom and refrain from placing unsanitized luggage on the bed linens. Thank you in advance!
