"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access. The space The property is welcoming and cosy and feels very private. The sunroom opens out to the garden a lovely space to read and relax . The home is cleaned to a high standard and equiped with all that you should need for an enjoyable stay. I can if requested cater for more people,please ask if needed. Guest access Parking to the front of the property out onto a quiet back lane which leads up to the woods and fields. Other things to note I sometimes stay in the cabin detached from the property towards the back, which is private from the house and not in your view. I am not visable to guests. Washing machine is for use if staying longer than one week on request.
