My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water . Ten minutes drive into Falmouth Town centre, and to swimmimg beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a small private sunny garden. The house is a 1940s semi detached property,by no means perfect,but has character, comfortable & private. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access to guests. The space The property is welcoming and cosy and feels very private. The sunroom opens out to the garden a lovely space to read and relax . The home is cleaned to a high standard and well equipped . Being a 1940s property it has its quirks! itis not a new build. I can if requested cater for more people, please ask if needed. Guest access Parking is to the front of the property on a quiet back lane which leads up to the woods and fields where you can turn the car around. Park alongside OLD SCHOOL HOUSE in SCHOOL LANE. TR11 5DJ Please note parking area post Code is different from address. Opposite are some steps, please view images on my page to check just incase you have any disabilities which will make these a problem for you.x Other things to note I sometimes stay in the cabin detached from the property towards the back, which is private from the house and not in your view. I am not visable to guests. Washing machine .....is for use if staying longer than one week on request for a small fee to cover costs. Woodburner.....not in use during spring /summer season. Washing line.... outside to left near hydrager & pole in porch. No pets on bed (please bring blanket for sofa if your pet sits with you). Clean up any poo from pet in garden.X Hot water ....for washing up & bath is on an immersion heater. Please remember to turn off after use. 45 mins to warm for a full bath. 15/20mins for a full washing up. Shower ...is instant hot water (No immersion needed) Oven ...when turned on to temperature will start making sound when up to temperature & when turned off will continue to make sound until cool. Gas hob.... push button in & turn Oven ....electric Waste bin....under sink Recycling...in white bin in utility room(plastic/carboard/glass/metal)
