We invite you to stay in our house, which is located in Achicourt near the Citadel of Arras (5 min by car from the train station and 20 min walk from the city center). You will appreciate the quiet location a few minutes from town. Free Parking. Bakery, butcher, tobacco shop/newsstand and small supermarket nearby. Very welcoming house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. ⚠️ Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours must be respected! The space The house is a primary residence, so it has many amenities that the owners leave available. Here are the details: On the ground floor: - A living room with a very large, comfortable sofa - A living room with a large table - A workspace and board games - A well-equipped kitchen for cooking (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and Senséo coffee machines, etc.) with a large table - A laundry room available for long stays or on request - Separate toilets - A private enclosed courtyard with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue On the 1st floor: - One bedroom with a king-size bed and TV - One bedroom with single beds - A bathroom with sink, tub, shower, and toilet On the 2nd floor: - A large bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 double sofa bed Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a welcome coffee and tea. Body and hair shower shampoo is also at your disposal. Small pets allowed. Guest access We provide access to the laundry room for long-term stays or upon request A crib + high chair are also available on request Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking (except on the terrace) and parties are prohibited.
