South Delhi Villa (NFC) with Garden and Balcony

1. The Villa gets mainly booked for Bday parties, Bachelorettes, Get-together's, Photoshoot and Wedding Accommodation. We book these only directly because of local laws. 2. Minimum Pricing- Rs 20k for upto 25 people, Rs 12.5k for upto 20 people, Rs 10k for upto 15 people, (Except Saturdays- 12.5k Minimum) 3. You can drop your Insta handle/Dm @abiswarup 4. The Villa is in South Delhi, New Friends Colony (NFC). 5. Smoking, Drinking, Shisha is allowed. The space 1. Please feel free to come check out the place prior to booking. 2. We can share the video of the villa for you to get a better idea of the property if you cant do a pre-visit. 3. Contact Details- It's mentioned in the caption of the first pic of the villa (The pic with the garden in it). 4. House Parties:- It's a residential property so house parties are not allowed officially. If you can maintain the decorum we can work something out. We are only accepting low- key scenes. 5. Music - 10 PM music rule applies. Unfortunately, being is a residential property, Music is an issue, since we don't have an official license to host parties. The neighbours tend to complain about the music to the cops! Only small bluetooth speakers in controlled volume inside the villa is allowed. Outside speakers are not allowed. There is boAt bluetooth (boAt stone 1000) speaker available at the property free of cost. And there is an Aux speaker. Feel free to use both of these. Music volume and hooting is our only concern. 6. We only do exclusive bookings with no interference/sharing. You will have the entire property to yourself. 7. There are 3 King Size Bed rooms all with attached Washrooms. There is a Living room, Lobby, Modular kitchen and a huge garden. The living room can be used as an additional bedroom. The Living room size is almost double the size of a bedroom. 8. There is a 50 inch LED TV with Tata Sky connection in the room. 9. Decoration is allowed on the floor, nothing on the walls though. The Caretaker Mr Naresh will always be there at your service. 10. Charges - Rs 12.5k for upto 20 people, 10k for 15 people 11. Big windows and balcony area brings in good sun light and fresh air in the villa. 12. Brand new chilled Split AC's ( Daikin ) installed in all bed rooms and the living room. 4 AC's in total. 13. Location of the property- Sukam House Kalindi colony, New Delhi 110065. The property is located in New friends Colony, South Delhi. Landmark is Sunrise Hospital,Kalindi Colony. You can use this landmark for navigation. The property is just 10 houses away from Sunrise Hospital. 14. Free 5G Wi-Fi + Patio+ 100% power back up. 15. The Property is built on a very strong and modern architectural base. 16. There is extra bedding available to accommodate extra people. 17.. All Rooms have Hot water facility. 18. Kitchen is fully functional so you can cook your own meals (Fridge , Microwave, Hob, Gas Stove chimney and Water Purifier are there). Swiggy and Zomato delivers fresh food to the doorstep. 19. Ample common area including a dining, drawing and a playing area. The terrace has a large Sitting Lounge. 20. Big market (Community Center) is within a walking distance of 5 mins. Taxis- Uber at Dirt Cheap prices. Getting around is not a hassle at all. 21. The airport is just 13 Kms away( about half hour from the property). We charge according to the number of people entering the property. 3. We encourage long duration stays. We offer attractive discounts on long stays. 4. The check-in time is 1 pm onwards. Check-out is 11 AM. 5. BBQ equipment is available at an additional charge of Rs 500.
