Our vacation home - with organic farm for a very special vacation with friends or family. In the Villgratental _ Hochpustertal. The house can accommodate 7 people, max. 8 Even toddlers are welcome here! High chair and crib are available at the Oberschupferhof. Pets on request, additional charges apply. The space Facilities: - Ground floor with fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, wood stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, dishes), living room (cozy sitting area, TV, tiled stove), day toilet and a single room 1st floor - with three double bedrooms (one of which has a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet), another bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a daytime toilet. Ski storage and gym All rooms have a balcony or terrace with morning sun. The spacious garden area offers a sheltered conservatory, barbecue facilities and a play area for children. Our guests also have access to the "Fatima Meditation Chapel" on the property. Our tenants live in the mountain villa alone. Guest access - The landlord lives in the organic farm next door - The Oberschupferhof is used by the tenant alone - Barbecue facilities in the garden - Sunbathing lawn and conservatory Other things to note The Villgratental is a true ski touring paradise, cross-country skiing, skiing, guided snowshoe hikes, and toboggan runs complete the winter offer in the Villgratental. Own toboggan run at the house "Fun for young & old" For those seeking peace and quiet in summer, there are hikes and walks right outside the front door.
