One Bedroom Garden Flat

Cosy and light one bedroom garden flat with character and home comforts. The space The flat is situated on a quiet residential street, a simple if hilly five minutes walk up from Brighton train station. However, depending on which direction you choose to venture down the hill, you will find everywhere is in easy reach. The North Laines and town centre are approximately 10- 15 minutes walk, the pavilion, beach and pier are around 20 minutes… London is also only 50 minutes on the express train should you wish to venture further afield too. Guest access The flat is fully equipped with all the usual facilities- Wifi,virgin media tv, DVD player, speaker station, central heating with constant hot water, washing machine, dish washer etc. In addition, there is a working fire for those who can light it safely without causing themselves 3rd degree burns... plenty of clean towels, breakfast basics and emergency toiletries. Although with an abundance of great pubs, eateries and entertainment to sample you may not require them. You will find a list of some of my personal favourites, along with a map a literature for your own exploration. Other things to note Pets allowed by prior agreement. Permit parking with some metered spaces, although the parking can be tricky, long stay car parks and rent my driveways are available nearby.
