The space The Roost is an executive level B&B where guests enjoy private suites separate from other guests. These include continental breakfast. Use of kitchen and spacious lounge with gas fireplace. Rooms have tea/coffee facilities and wall hung TVs to all rooms for comfort. You can also enjoy a relaxing night in front of the outdoor courtyard fireplace. We are located close to Waiuku township with its cafes, shops and restaurants. We are also lucky enough to have an elevated outlook to the Port Waikato Hills. Some of the rooms can be configured differently to have single twin beds instead of a queen, so please do speak to us about this. We also have on-site parking for 10 vehicles. The Roost has the flexibility to provide other accommodation options for more guests, make an enquiry to discuss your needs with us. We also provide a 'Bride or Groom' Get Ready package for weddings - discuss at time of booking. Guest access A drop off area for luggage and guests is directly outside the main residence front entrance, with carparking in the main carpark area.
