Spare room in Traralgon close to CBD! No Wi-fi.
Description
My unit is close to the CBD so handy to the railway station and other public transport, the Princes Highway, golf course etc. Traralgon has tonnes of eateries, coffee shops, a few wineries and play centres. I have a queen-sized bed in a comfortable room with an easterly aspect. It is a quiet area (according to a number of guests) despite being close to the railway line, highway and a small airport. I have basic facilities so please confirm what I have to avoid disappointment. The space It is in an area where you can just blend in with the other residents as I am in a block of 12 units that's reasonably private. Only one of my (bed) rooms is available which is private but not lockable and as I store personal things in there I reserve the right to have access to these any time. The rest of the facilities are shared with (me). It would be rare for me to have another guest or a personal friend staying at the same time and I will always ask your permission if you would mind them staying where possible. Guest access As you're sharing a private unit and I am there most of the time, access is allowed throughout. It is my home but please note that I may be away due to other commitments so may not be able to greet you. I will endeavour to let you know if this is going to be the case but I have a self check-in system of a key in the key locker which will enable you to get in. Traralgon and surrounds is serviced by public transport of varying types. The CBD is just a 10 min walk but there is a bus stop a short walk away in either direction. There are a few communal parking spaces off-street very close to the unit. During your stay I will offer help where necessary but plan to give you as much privacy as possible and I like to talk so be prepared to have some lively conversations! Other things to note I give a great full body massage (extra charge - $30 for 1/2 hour - non sexual)!
