A three-storey historical Villa, with two terraces with a spectacular view of islands of Capri, Ischia, the Gulf of Naples and the Vesuvius, Villazzano is located between Sorrento and Massalubrense. The Villa has three storeys, connected by a winding staircase The space Villazzano is an old historical small villa, holiday house of the Napolitan poet Saltovar (great grandfather of the owner). Its main structure, fully restaured in 1995 with old local furnitures, was built at the end of 19th century. It is located in the main road between Sorrento and Massalubrense. The Villa has three floors connected by a old fashioned winding staircase. We have two terraces with a spectacular view of isle of Capri, Ischia, the Gulf of Naples and the Vesuvius, three bedrooms, a big studio, a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and two bathrooms are connected by a winding staircase. In 2026 we renovated our garden, with a new local stone floor and a wooden mini-pool with unheated water (open from beginning of june till the end of September). The closest beach Is Puolo, a fishermen’s village, 5 minutes by car from our Villa. you can park in a private parking and the walk down to the beach. you can either go to Puolo by walking directly from our Villa. It's 20 minutes walk It is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi fi, air conditioning. important note about parking: You can park your car for free in a private park with barrier, under olive trees, 50 meters from the Villa. We will provide you a remote control for the barrier. public transport: Both Sorrento and Massalubrense can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by bus. Food stores, supermarket, pharmacy are in Massa. Details or information on restaurants, tours and walks, as well as basic house rules are available on the Villazzano Guide. Guest access The Villa has three floors connected by a winding staircase. To access to the Villa, you have to walk up for twenty steps (8 meters) from the garden to the main terrace. Not recommended for old people or people who have difficult to walk. A young and nice hostess will do the check in and the check out. If it's available, there could be an earlier check-in (with an extra to pay) to be agreed directly with her. For late check-in (after 9pm), there is a extra to pay as well.
