The partially covered wooden terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture, grill and hot pot (use for a fee) further expands the living area. The kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, stove with oven and a fully automatic coffee machine is well equipped. The four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer a quiet retreat. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. At the farm there is a petting zoo, playground, table tennis table, foosball table, barbecue facilities, space to let off steam far away from a road for the children. At the private small lake access - 1 km away - there is a SUP, a swimming island and three kayaks. In winter, a family sauna (surcharge) is available for sweating.
