Our place is amazingly peaceful and quiet. It's 150m from Silverleaves General Store and 250m from a peaceful, secluded beach. It has 3 indoor living areas (including a loft) and a heated, outdoor deck. There is plenty of space outside for the kids to run around or play basketball. It's well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioning and Foxtel with movie channels and sport. NBN WiFi is also provided. Please note, no parties or schoolies groups. The space Our Silverleaves house is really well designed for relaxed holiday living. Two separate downstairs living areas and one upstairs loft with couch, smart TV (you can log into a variety of streaming services) and beds. A large outdoor deck with overhead heating and a serene view over the grassy backyard. Two bedrooms downstairs (one with ensuite), one bedroom upstairs and a loft which has two king single beds with single trundles, a sofa bed and smart TV. Guest access You can have the whole place! Other things to note Phillip Island is only 90 minutes drive from Melbourne but feels a world away from the city.
