BVM Ideal for work crews: spacious with gardens.

Our property is ideal for work crews, family reunions or holidays in Mackay. It is a spacious house with 3 bedrooms and a renovated ground floor with a bed. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals. The house is tastefully decorated thoroughout. All of the bedrooms have built in and are a generous size. The layout of the house is excellent as the bedrooms are on a different level to the lounge, kitchen and dining which is important for getting some good sleep. The space Our space is centrally located in Mackay. Nearby is the Gooseponds which is an expansive park area. It's close to Mt Pleasant Shops and the CBD. The gardens behind the house are quite large and make a nice space for relaxing. Guest access You will enjoy the whole house to yourselve. There is a separate entry. There are no shared areas. We occasionally come to the house to tidy up the gardens or mow the lawns. You are welcome to park your car either in the driveway or in the lockup garage. Other things to note Our property is located in the central coast in Queensland and we have regular rain events which occur December through to late February. When we receive a downpour of rain there is a small amount of water collecting in the basement area. if you wish to store items in this space we will notify you of the affected area. We specialize in hosting work crews and we feel this property is very well suited for this type of stay. We have renovated the basement level and have placed a bed in this area. We would like our guests to know that this is not a separate bedroom and the space is connected with the backyard. There is a second entrance to the garden at the side of the house. Please ensure that you familiarise yourselves with our house rules before booking. We have information related to our rates and access to rooms in the house and it may be important that you are familiar with these details before booking. We are acutely aware that many work crews require extra time to complete their projects. We will try our very best to accommodate extensions.
