Within a walking distance of a large shopping center "Megapolis", cinema, many shops, parks. 10 minutes to the CENTRAL STADIUM by car. A deposit is required (the amount of the deposit is negotiated individually). Two separate sleeping places (accommodation for up to 5 people) A large glazed loggia in the apartment.
