Apartment Riva Downtown

The apartment Riva Downtown has been recently refurbished and is located in one of the most central and ancient streets of Riva del Garda. The street “Via del Morocco”, very central and parallel to the street “Fiume” which is the shopping street of Riva del Garda. Its slightly backward position with respect to the strret “Fiume” is a plus for the structure: in fact while it is still central it is sheltered from the noises and overlooks the Rocchetta Mountain. The space Apartment “Riva Downtown” is in a very quiet street while it is still central, in the heart of Riva del Garda. It faces both the city center and “Rocchetta”, the mountain overlooking Riva del Garda. From the apartment you can easily walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. CAR PARK: Appartamento “Riva Downtown”, like most downtown apartments, does not have private parking. There are, however, 2 very large car parks normally available: a pay parking right in front of the apartment, a few tens of meters (PARKING MONTE ORO), and a car park about 5 minutes walking which is always free 24 hours per day (It is in the ex-hospital area of Riva, in “viale dei Tigli” street, facing the CHURCH INVIOLATA). We suggest our guests first to park in Monte Oro Parking (very close to the apartment) , walk to the apartment with all stuff and then move the car to the free parking in “Viale dei Tigli” street. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor. Guests have access to all the rooms of the apartment which consists of 1 bedroom with wedding-bed, 1 living room with 1 double sofa-bed and 1 single sofa-bed, a separate kitchen with dining table, 1 bathroom and 1 large balcony overlooking Rocchetta Mountain.
