The house is located in a quiet street of the beautiful old part of the town, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It has a very well equipped and modern kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms (one with dubbelbed, and the other with a bunkbed and a sofa bed), and a fantastic large (30m2) private roof- terrace with a marvellous seaview. The space A typical old fisherman´s house, in it´s traditional style, even though completely renovated in 2003. It has 2 floors (with steep stairs!); groundfloor with the kitchen and livingroom, and a small bathroom. And the first floor with one small bedroom with a double bed, and a second large bedroom with a bunkbed and a sofa bed, and a second bathroom. And finally a big private roof terrace with one of the most stunning views of Conil, as you can both enjoy the view of the architecture of the old town, as the beach and the ocean.
