Other things to note You are staying on an organic farm that features Shiitake mushrooms grown on hundreds of oak logs harvested on the property. Micro-greens are grown 24/7 with automatic grow-lights and watering systems. Perennial flowers bloom on several acres and hoop houses facilitate extended vegetable harvests. When available, the owner is happy to answer your questions about the operations while you are staying on the property. A small stream bubbles its way across a lower section of the property, and the adventurous can reach it by walking the hilly trails that are cut through the wooded spaces.
