Jasmine Homestay is ideally good for Couples, Solo Adventurers, Business Travelers, & Families The space ✪ The room is modern and in combination between Vietnamese influences and environment- friendly which make it warm and cozy. ✪ The room is on the ground floor/1st floor and has a Queen size bed with a tailor made mosquito net for those who prefer it. A comfortable Sitting Area with a queen size Sofa/comfy chairs and French Doors facing toward a lush interior garden filled with banana trees, birds of paradise, and other tropical plants let the refreshing nature breeze in. Weekly Cleaning will be provided with a small fee. Twin or Double bed can be arranged. ✪ Our family lives on site so you will be able to enjoy the experience of the locals. We are fluent both English and French therefore your queries can be easily solved. ✪ We offer Flexible Check-in and Check-out times for your convenience and to fit with your travel times. However, we ask that you try to advise us your approximate time of arrival, so we can ensure we are ready for you. Our bicycles will be available upon request Please reserve it in advance if you wish to use the bicycles ✪ If you are arriving into Da Nang Airport or Train Station, we can arrange a private car to pick you up and bring you to our Homestay. Please contact us to book in advance. ✪ Nestled between lush, tropical and fishing village, our inviting Jasmine Homestay is about: - 5 mins peaceful riding or 10 mins walking to Hoi An Old Town - 2 km to Cua Dai port best seen by bicycle along the beach road to the seaport - 2 km to some Coworking spaces ex: Hub Coworking space - 4 km to Silk Village, Pottery Village, Tra Que Organic Vegetable Village, Kim Bong Carpentry Village respectively - There are some good and affordable restaurants nearby which might take from 2 -5 mins walking from our homestay serving great Breakfast/Brunch, lunch and dinner. - Convenience store and Phamarcy are also within 3 mins walk. - 25 km to Da Nang airport or Da Nang Railway station. Guest access Wifi is available for the entire homestay During your stay We are Smiling Hieu and Bup, a daughter and mother who run a small hospitality business. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone, kindly take a moment to read our house rules: Electricity Usage - Please turn off all lights and electronic devices when not in use and before leaving the apartment. - The room rate does not include electricity. Guests will be charged based on actual consumption recorded by the power meter at VND 4,000/kWh. A small contribution toward daily water applies as follows: Stays under 14 days: VND 50,000/guest/stay Stays of 14 days or more: VND 100,000/guest/stay Quiet Hours & Parties Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests may smoke on the balcony. Furniture Arrangement Please return all furniture to its original position before check-out. Damages Any damage or loss caused during your stay will be charged accordingly. Personal Toiletries In support of environmental protection and reducing single-use plastics, we kindly ask guests to bring their own personal hygiene items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo and toilet paper. Kettle A kettle is available upon request and subject to availability. Shared Kitchen Our small and simple shared kitchen is available for guests to prepare their own meals.
